INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
INSTALLATION
Your Convection oven is completely assembled. Before using
your oven remove all packing material and tape.
ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
All models require 230V, 50Hz supply. It is companys recommendation that this machine be plugged directly into a
wall outlet. The use of extension cords is not recommended due to safety reasons and the oven performance will be
sacrificed / reduced.
CONTROL PANEL
Description :-
1. Digital Display
2. Relay indicator light
3. Push Buttons to set temperature
4. Set temperature display
5. Knob with 3 positions (OFF, ON, MOTOR ON)
6. Power on indicator light.
METHOD
Check for all controls to be at off position.
Insert the 15 Amp plug in the mains socket.
Turn the knob to On position in the clockwise direction, this will supply power to your oven
& digital display(Item 1) will show the room temperature & power indicator light (Item 6) will
turn on.
Set the desired temperature by pressing the buttons, (item 3). To increase the digit press the
upper buttons, to decrease the digit press the lower buttons. If the temperature on the
display is less than the set temperature, relay light R (item 2) will keep glowing. Maximum
temperature 299° C.
Then turn the knob to Motor on position in the clockwise direction, this will switch on the
blower in the oven.
After the set temperature is attained, the relay light (item 2) will start blinking & power to
heaters get disconnected. Relay then works to maintain the temperature.
After usage, turn knob to OFF position in the clockwise direction & set the temperature to
0 0 0.
Also we have provided a preset for setting the temperature cut-off (controlling the hystersis effect) at
the back of the control panel. If you rotate it anti-clockwise, the set temperature is 250ºC then cut-off
goes upto 265ºC & if in clockwise direction, cut-off takes place at 230ºC. Please dont change the
setting unless required.

commencement of any maintenance or service.
WARNING
Also note that the oven should be given rest periodically for better performance and long life
Always when opening the door switch off the motor as the blowers tend to suck cold air from outside.
Disconnect the appliance from electrical supply before cleaning or servicing.
In case of fire disconnect the appliance from its power source immediately.

Machine must be properly grounded to prevent electrical shock to personnel.
